I started GenXAg, LLC with one thing in mind, the grower’s success. Unlike large independent retailers or giant co-ops, I believe in listening to the voice of the grower and paying attention to their needs. Your success is my success.
GenXAg is a member of the Novus Ag Network, whose mission it is to revolutionize the way agriculture retail is done. The main focus is on you and you alone. There are no shareholders to satisfy or quotas to meet. You are the center of my efforts and attention. I know that in the end, when you are successful, we are too.

I have worked in all facets of agriculture sales from co-ops to large independents and small independents. I finally decided it was time to start a business that would lay the foundation for a new way to do direct sales to the grower.
By joining the Novus Ag Network, GenXAg is able to put all local growers at a national level with resources and services without giving up the hometown feel of people doing business with people and not with large corporations.
All growers are treated with the same level of respect and interest, regardless of size. I’m excited to welcome everyone to the future of ag sales. Everyone calls me “Durf” and I’m looking forward to working with you soon.
Novus Ag supports my business, but I have my own support staff too – my incredible wife Constance and my amazing sons Kai and Ryder.
